Blend of 58% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes 

Nose: It has a deep ruby red colour , an intense, delicate and complex nose, dominated by notes of leather and wax polish. Jammy aromas of Morello cherries and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) develop with swirling. 

Palate:  It is a robust, rich wine with powerful , ripe, well-integrated tannins . The finish is very long with spices and licorice.

Food Pairing 

Pair with filet mignon and roast lamb.
