Tasting Note:

Nose: Enticing aromas of juicy ripe strawberry, white peach, passionfruit and lemon peel permeate the nostrils.

Palate: Creamy white fruit, wite peaches and floral notes (typical of Cinsault). Quite silky acidity. Delicate notes of ripe raspberry and fresh wild red hedgerow fruit. Soft, round, silky abd wel-balanced. Aneast-rinking rosé. 

Food pairing:
It is perfect as an aperitif or with grilled fish and shellfish dishes, grilled poultry, soft mild cheeses, salad, berries and stone fruits with fresh cream.
