    The grapes used to craft Three Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested at night, and fermented on skins for 8 to 10 days. This led to the creation of a deep cherry red hued wine. Fresh leafy aromas enhance the fragrant bouquet emanating scintillating perfumes of red berries, roast chestnuts, black cardamom, cigar box and cinnamon. The dense palate presents plump mulberry, black cherry and blackcurrant flavours, accompanied by milk chocolate and blueberry muffin characters. Savoury grape tannins fuse with fine oak tannins to offer a long and balanced finale. This exquisite Cabernet can be carefully cellared for at least a decade to enhance its vibrant fruit profile. It is a great food accompaniment to Cabernet Sauvignon braised lamb served with potato puree.  - Just Wines Au
